In 2012, Spicewood Beach, Texas, a small community near Austin, became the first town in the state to run out of water, forcing citizens to truck in fresh supplies. This spring's huge downpours have stocked ponds and reservoirs and brought relief to local residents; however, citizens are uncertain about what future weather will bring and aren't convinced that their water problems are over.
