Steven Sweeny, president of Rain Harvesting Supplies, Inc. of Denton, will discuss best practices in rainwater system installation during the two-day Rainwater Harvesting Workshop which runs from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on June 8 and 9 at the Dallas Research and Extension Center, 17360 Coit Road.

This in-depth rainwater-harvesting course is required for individuals seeking ARCSA Accredited Professional status, but it would also be of interest to do-it-yourselfers and anyone interested in learning more about the rain harvesting industry. Each participant will receive a rainwater harvesting manual, and lunch is included for both days.
